While I'd love to have a swanky, interactive portfolio here, I'm limited somewhat by my engineering abilities, design skills and, above all, IONOS' capabilities. Tailoring Deep Dive

Tailored messaging is huge for all products now, but never more so than for personalised and/or tailored products like tails.com's. In this case study, read about how I used a multi-method approach, predominantly repurposing existing research, to explore how to better use our many data points to personalise content, with with promising results.

Mind Intranet

My first big project at Torchbox was for the major mental health charity, Mind. They had a custom built intranet that was being underused and had received a lot of negative feedback. In this case study read about how I used The Power of Framing ™️ to go beyond what our client asked for and help my colleagues in tech really sell their message and recommendation.

Sue Ryder Diary Study

Sue Ryder was a major client of Torchbox's. In this case study, read about how I worked with Sue Ryder to create an ethical 6-week diary study with vulnerable participants, analysing a total of 287 diary entries.
